The robot nun is a weapons grade percussive robot capable of playing crazy tight breaks and hardcore epileptronica. Thus creating the pleasant genre electromechanica. The robot accompanies the captain on surface missions to "slam down them mad fuckin beats" at social gatherings known as concerts. The brain of the robot is a magical circuit that converts converts midi "noteOn" messages to 24V on a corresponding output (using darlington transistor arrays instead of relays). Currently the robot has eight outputs or "arms" capable of swinging chopsticks, turning on and of fairy lights or controlling bigger more dangerous circuits.
The robot nun is an ongoing project and one of the latest additions is the ability to play the kalimba. In the future i hope to modify the robot nun to be able to turn on and of the mains, shut down the internet in sync with the music, explode and fire lasers into the eyes of the unsuspecting audience
